D4 | digital four color process

This 4 color process applies ink directly to an item, followed by a protective clear coat. This results in a raised texture that adds a dimension to your print that brings it to life. Submitted artwork should be at 300+ dpi and must be qualified to print. Wrap imprints are available for an added cost.

H4 | heat transfer four color process

The H4 process is when ink is sprayed onto transfer film, then applied to an item. This is available as a one sided imprint, and can be done as a wrap for an additional cost. Artwork must be submitted at 300+ dpi and qualified to print. Available items are shown below.

RECOMMENDATIONS

We recommend 1.2 pt line weight for best results. however, 0.5 pt will print for some curved shapes. Minimum font size should be around 6 pt for clarity. For any “fancy” fonts, we recommend discussing with the art department beforehand.
